I love those food experiments goign bad. It's actually a lot of fun and it makes the ordered food so much better! Well, it won't probably happen, but if you ever go to Banff (which is a huge hub of Japanese Tourism), there's a nice little sushi restaurant with relatively cheap stuff served on an electric train going around the bar!
