Mona Lisa / Me First and the Gimme Gimmes
last night, wait, actually it was this morning, before i went to sleep, i decided to rifle through my new issue of Allure. i was just about to put it down when i came across an article that i’m not too sure why i started reading. but then my eyes fell upon a picture, and i could only stare and stare and stare some more.
it was nicole richie (or what’s left of her) in an absolutely gorgeous short hair style. i’m not a huge fan of NR and her skeletal form, but oh my god this picture made me want to love her just a little bit. and go to the nearest salon and get my hair chopped.
i have a very retarded love affair with short hair. short hair looks absoultely beautiful on most everyone except me. my face is too doughy, and even though i’m almost always acne free (due to the lovely nuva-ring) i still don’t have the startling beauty that is required to pull this look off. but i can always dream.
so i carefully tore out the page and placed it in my nightstand drawer for safe keeping. when i’ve lost my ten pounds, we shall reconsider this cut.
So speaking of media whores…
Did you watch the new Grey’s this week? I know it might be blasphemy, but… after a month off that’s all they could come up with? Another cliff hanger? I won’t whine too much in case you DIDN’T watch it, but yeah.
And what’s with Callie’s hair? Why are we straight and stringy all of a sudden?
You should totally go for it! You’re young and this is the time when you should be experimenting with your look. Just dont go too crazy and you should be fine. Hopefully they’ll be a pic to show it off!
